 You have to sign a waiver and contract upon booking. Your booking is not refundable and you cannot cancel. In the case that you cannot attend the retreat, you need to find someone to take your place. The booking is transferrable to another date but you must notify Chelsea 60 days minimum before the retreat.When paying the deposit, you must commit to paying the next payments and attending the retreat.

This payment is nonrefundable. In the case that any type of pandemic restrictions happen or we deem the event unsafe, we will reschedule. In the case that we do not reschedule, we will offer refunds but this will be reviewed should that scenario play out and our locations also offer us refunds for the deposits we paid. In the unlikely event that we do not fill the retreat and decide not to hold it, we would refund you. Refunds can take up to 90 days to process.

All guests must have travel insurance.
